Our corporate culture

RBC is traditionally a family business and, since its establishment in 1994, has grown into an innovative and complete partner in the field of safety. We characterise ourselves as a decisive and down-to-earth organisation with an open corporate culture and short lines of communication, making it easy for everyone to help each other complete projects and meet deadlines.

Within RBC, we have a wide variety of positions, whether in the office, warehouse or on site at our clients’ premises. Our departments include Sales, Rental, Service, Logistics, Finance, Human Resource and Marketing. An important part of our team is also our safety personnel. On site, our medium-level and higher-level safety expert (MVK and HVK), (Industrial) fire watches, state-certified fire watches, firefighters, manhole watches, rescue team, gas analyst, project leader, safety officer, emergency response officer, (ISPS) port security officers, port facility security officer, security host and object security officer ensure safety on the work floor.
