Fire Watch
We are looking for (experienced) Fire Watches who want to ensure safety during high-risk work and fire situations. These are permanent jobs with our clients in yacht building, ship repair, tank storage, chemicals and petrochemicals, waste management, steel and energy. If you do not yet have experience as a Fire Watch, but have an affinity with our industry, we would also like to get in touch with you. We are not looking for freelancers for this position.
What will you be doing?
You will check compliance with deployed fire prevention equipment as stated in the work permit, check personal protective equipment (PPE), perform gas measurements (if authorised) for toxic substances, oxygen content and explosive mixtures. Conducting inspection rounds for the purpose of fire prevention and ensuring the safety of you and your colleagues.
What do we ask of you?
- Good communication skills;
- Good command of the Dutch language;
- Own transport and driving licence B;
- Certificates (Manhole Watch or State Certified, SCC, Small Extinguishers and Water-bearing Fittings, ERO and Gas Measuring)
- Experience as a Fire Watch is a plus;
- Able to work both individually and in a team.

- Excellent salary between €2,400 and €3,200 gross per month based on work experience;
- Part-time or full-time working week;
