Become a Fire Watch

To become a Fire Watch, you need to be trained as a Fire Watch. Through RBC Trainingen at our Rotterdam location, we offer various training courses. The certified Fire Wuard training lasts about two weeks and consists of a practical part and a theory part. The training is delivered by an experienced professional and tested by an independent testing agency. With this, we guarantee the quality of your degree.

Getting started as a recognised Fire Watch

We offer a job guarantee after successfully obtaining your degree. You will have the opportunity to learn to apply the knowledge and skills in practice together with our experienced Fire Watches at our wonderful clients in the (petro-)chemical industry, industrial sites or shipping companies. We offer you one year to further develop your profession as a Fire Watch and to see if the position and our company really match your needs and expectations. After a year, you will be offered a permanent contract if you perform well.

What does RBC have to offer?

We want to establish long-term relationships with our employees and therefore offer a salary at the top end of the market, complemented by excellent benefits.
