RBC focuses on the future

Within RBC, we stand and strive for corporate social responsibility (CSR) by taking into account the alignment of our business decisions with people, planet and profit. By this we mean, among other things, a good relationship with our employees, sustainable solutions for transport, minimising our use of paper and running a healthy financial business. By taking this into account in our activities and processes, we are future-proof and can hang the CSR label on our door!

Mensen

We understand people to mean a good relationship with our employees in which commitment, personal contact and development opportunities are paramount. We are a recognised apprenticeship company where apprentices can follow a work-study programme with the possibility of a job within our company. We also invest in good social services such as a preventive sick leave policy, as well as informal social happenings. And of course, we offer good primary and secondary working conditions.

Planet

We only have one planet, it is up to all of us to deal with this as best we can. Within RBC, we try to contribute to this through, among other things, sustainable transport solutions; preferably electric or hybrid. But also by minimising the use of paper by working digitally. In addition, our business premises are equipped with a thermal wheel, LED lighting and maximally insulated.

Profit

To ensure the progress of our business, one of our CSR (as well as core) values is to run a financially sound business. Within RBC, this means that our processes are coherent, ensure optimum quality and a safe and responsible financial base. We constantly monitor our expenses, make clear agreements with clients on invoicing, file our annual accounts on time, disclose the background of our figures to third parties and pay invoices and taxes on time.
