RBC Group BV completes acquisition of Way2Safety Services B.V. and strengthens market position.

Rotterdam, March 29, 2024 – RBC Group BV is pleased to announce the completion of the full acquisition of Way2Safety Services B.V. Following the initial acquisition of 50% of Way2Safety in 2022, RBC recently reached an agreement to acquire the remaining 50%.

Herman Gerrits and Erwin Reijnders, the former owners of Way2Safety, are warmly thanked for their years of dedication and commitment.
