    The Haix Airpower XR1 is one of Haix’s best-selling work shoes. The work shoe meets S3 standards and is completely metal-free and waterproof. In addition, the Airpower XR1 offers a comfortable fit and additional protection and support to the joints and back. Ideal for workers in industry, construction, on-offshore and rescue security services.

    Features

    Upper material

    Waterproof black leather, hydrophobic, breathable (5.0 mg/cm²/h), thickness 2.0 – 2.2 mm.

    Inner lining

    CROSSTECH laminate technology; 3 layers of CROSSTECH laminate, waterproof and breathable. Hard-wearing lining fabric with optimum climate comfort for all seasons, especially also when alternating between indoor and outdoor use. Excellent protection against penetration of blood and other body fluids (so prevents penetration of viruses and bacteria). Better protection against chemicals.

    Insole

    Comfortable, cushioning, moisture-regulating, antibacterial. Separate heel cup ensures good cushioning and foot guidance. “AIRFLOW” channels. “Perfect-Fit” marking for optimal control of the correct shoe size.

    Fleece insole

    Moisture-absorbing fleece insole.

    HAIX Composite nose

    Anatomically shaped, ultra-lightweight nose made of fibre-reinforced plastic that meets S3 safety standards.

    Puncture-resistant sole

    Flexible, lightweight, metal-free and puncture-resistant insole.

    Non-slip sole

    Rubber/PU sole with robust tread for street or rough terrain, improved comfort when rolling off the foot, highly abrasion-resistant and non-slip – even in cold weather. The lightweight PU cushioning wedge provides extra walking comfort. Very good insulation against cold. The sole is heat, oil and petrol resistant and is non-marking.

    Arch Support System

    With the Airpower XR1, you move through everyday work with more power, as the natural shape of the foot is supported around the joints by anatomically shaped lasts. This way, the Arch Support System stabilises your entire physique.

    Climate System

    Inside the Airpower XR1, your foot can breathe. By using the special foam system, air circulates throughout the shoe and wicks away moisture. The Climate System is the shoe’s air conditioning system.

    Lacing System

    Patented lacing/zipping system with underlapping and crisscrossing shoelaces to reduce the risk of snagging.

    Sun Reflect

    Reduces heating of the upper leather by direct sunlight. Sunlight is reflected by the leather, so less heat travels to the foot.
