Permit coordinator
RBC’s Permit Coordinator ensures the efficient and correct issuance of work permits and ensures that work is carried out safely in accordance with the work permit.
Among other things, the use of proper safety equipment is monitored. The work permit is a means of protecting the safety and health of workers in the workplace and ensuring the continuity of daily operations.
Set up and implement permit to work system
If no permit system is in place yet, we can advise you in setting up and implementing a ‘permit to work’ system.
Controlled and safe working
A Permit Coordinator assesses, grants and checks the required work permit. The work permit defines which activities may or may not be carried out in certain workplaces.
A work permit contains the following information:
- Name of employee
- Date or period
- Location
- Description of the activities
- Method,
- Materials to be used
- Measures to be taken by the department/permit holder
- Issuer permission
