For years, RBC has been the partner of choice for ensuring safety during a turnaround or maintenance shutdown. We provide personnel, materials, monitoring and technical solutions to support the turnaround as safely and efficiently as possible.
We can also take care of the entire coordination and management of the turnaround or maintenance stop on site. From our on-site RBC Safety Shop, we manage the issue and return of safety equipment used on site 24/7 during a turnaround. Digitally recording the equipment and deploying safety personnel as required allows us to be as efficient as possible. This often results in lower costs.
Our turnaround service consists of:
- Preparation and planning;
- Deployment of required safety personnel: safety expert, fire watches, coordinators, project managers;
- Deployment of required technical solutions: CCTV technology for confined spaces and projects;
- Deployment of required monitoring: IPS port security, PFSO, access control, security host;
- Rental equipment of PPE, respiratory protection, breathing air trailers/trolleys, gas detection, communication equipment;
- Face Fit testing;
- Service and maintenance of used material;
- Safety Shop on site;
- Digital administration system with insight into equipment used per person.
